DIY Delivery Driver Treat Station

Your delivery drivers work hard all year round to make sure you get your packages! Get a free printable to say thank you with a treat station so they can grab a snack for the road!

We first did this two years ago and it was a huge hit! My mail lady actually mentioned to me over the summer how much she appreciated it, which was super nice of her to remember. Last year, we didn’t put a treat station out due to COVID, but this year, we’re bringing it back!

I do the majority of my shopping online (for both home and business!) and with a baby we are ordering DoorDash more than ever! (Like, an embarrassing amount 😅) With all of the supply chain issues and postal delays this year, I know that USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon, etc, employees are working long hours, especially during the holiday season. They deserve a little something to say thank you!

How to make your treat station

I grabbed a few big packs of individually packaged snacks, like chips, granola bars, trail mix and cookies, on my last grocery run, along with a big package of water bottles. I spent less than $50 on everything and I have enough leftover to replenish several times. An old plant stand was the perfect size to put on my porch, but you could also use a small table or a basket placed on a chair or bench.

I did snacks on the first shelf and waters on the second. To make it look more festive, I added a red and green plaid bow on the top! And of course I topped it all off with a sign I designed! I used a mix of my hand lettering that I did on the Procreate app on my iPad and elements from Canva.

I love how it came out! I hope it brings a smile to our drivers on their routes!
